Which mobile phones are compatible with the smart tap cards?
Customers need a compatible smartphone with NFC enabled and an internet connection. Hold the phone near the card, then tap the notification to open your Google review page. No additional app is required.
Do base kits require an ongoing monthly subscription to work?
Standard Google review cards and kits are a one-time purchase with no subscription required. Optional digital services, including Smart Review Connected and Digital Business Card Basic, have separate setup and monthly fees.
How many smart cards are provided in each standard kit?
Each review kit includes five programmed and tested NFC cards. The Restaurant, Bakery & Café Kit includes acrylic cards with adhesive backing and an existing printed design. The Contractor Crew Kit includes portable, business-card-size cards. Both link directly to your Google review page with no subscription required.
Is interaction tracking and routing management included or optional?
Standard review cards link directly to your Google review page and do not include tracking or a dashboard. Smart Review Connected is an optional subscription that adds up to five tracked review links, a dashboard, and follow-up tools. Tracking measures link activity; it does not confirm completed Google reviews or attribute them to individual crew members.
Are review ratings, scores, or positive feedback guaranteed?
Our cards make it easier for customers to leave an honest Google review. They do not guarantee reviews, a specific star rating, or higher search rankings. Invite all customers to share their experience, without incentives or filtering based on satisfaction.
